Many artists, including Carole Radziwill, have objected to Tsai’s candid comments and willingness to spread rumors about others. Even Psy’s longtime friend and RHONY newbie, Daisy Toye, got into a fight with Psy. Meanwhile, Sai doesn’t care what people think or say about him.
At the moment, it appears that Sai is in danger of losing some friends on the show due to his actions and personality quirks.
Carole Radziwill accuses Sai de Silva of “destroying reputation”
Carroll didn’t like the way Tsai interrogated him about being mentioned in the infamous Epstein files. Cy was determined to find out why Carol was once friends with Ghislaine Maxwell. And when Carol answered all her questions, Sai still Wasn’t buying it.
During a girls’ trip to Mosquito Island, Sai tells Jessel that Erin had shared an alleged rumor that Jessel’s husband, Pavit Randhawa, was gay. On RHONY Season 16 Episode 8, Carole discussed the rumor that Psy brought to light. Carol tells Daisy, “I think the rumor Sai started about Pavitt wasn’t nice. It hurt Jesse.”
In her confessional, Carroll shared her feelings about the influencer. Carroll explained, “Sai is complicated in all kinds of ways that aren’t interesting to me. Yelling, weaponizing, destroying reputations for very little reason. It’s boring and predictable to me.”
Additionally, Carol was shocked that Jessel was angry at Erin and not at Cy. “Psy was the one who made it public. She brought it up in front of Jesse. In front of all of us. So it was a huge betrayal,” Carole said on a previous RHONY episode.
Clearly, Carol is not keeping up with Tsai, and I don’t expect that to change. Sometimes.
Daisy Toye says Tsai “doesn’t have empathy”
Daisy tries to defend Psy during a conversation with Carol. Daisy explained, “He’s got a big soft side. You just… you have to get it.” “He’s not a warm and fuzzy, sympathetic person.”
Then, Daisy explains why Sai seems aloof sometimes. Daisy said, “Sai could be the kindest person. She could also be the coldest person. She didn’t come from a sympathetic family.” The makeup artist added, “She doesn’t have empathy.”
At Erin’s husband Abe Litchi’s Cuban-themed birthday party, Daisy and Cy clash. At first, Sai was upset that Daisy called the lunch Sai served her “supermarket sushi”. Sy told Daisy’s husband, Eugene Toy, “Your wife is very judgmental. The Popcorn Princess is like judging everyone.”
Later, Sai yells Carol’s name repeatedly to get her attention. As Carol ignores Psy, Daisy intervenes. “Oh my God! Say, I’m sorry, Carol,” Daisy said.
“Shut up, Daisy. I’m not your child,” Sai replied. “This is why people don’t like you!” Daisy replied. Oh!
While Daisy insisted she was “trying to help” Sai, she came across as condescending. The argument between the two continued and ultimately Sai left the party.
Erin Litchi confronts Psy over Jesse Tank husband rumor
Erin is shocked when Sai reveals the alleged rumor about Pavitt. After all, he had told the story to Sai years ago and was sworn to secrecy. And Cy remained silent on the subject for years, until she felt attacked by Erin.
Psy heard from RHONY alum Jenna Lyons that Erin was gossiping about Psy’s split from her husband David Craig. While Jenna didn’t hear this rumor directly from Erin, she did hear it from someone Erin told. Was sharing the rumor about Pavitt on camera the best decision? No.
However, Cy was hurt by Erin and wanted Jessel to hear the truth. During the trip to Mosquito Island, Cy calls out her makeup artist in front of Jessel to confirm what Erin said. Later Erin sat with Sai.
Sai commented, “You said things about Jessel. You said things about my personal marriage to someone and my business.” “I love you. Sometimes, I feel like I don’t really trust you.”
Later, Erin talks to Abe about Sai revealing gossip about Pavitt. “I couldn’t believe it, the way he made it and the way it was delivered,” Erin said. He added that “A lot of people know this rumor, but no one is announcing it. And she’s doing that, and then blaming it on me.”
I think Psy is an important part of the RHONY cast. Still, his straightforward approach and lack of empathy is rubbing his co-stars the wrong way. Although Sae doesn’t care what others think, being isolated from her friends on the show doesn’t bode well for her RHONY future. The audience has seen Sai’s softer side, and I hope we see more of Sai in this season.
