Maya Jama treats fans to first Love Island All Stars teaser as she shares video from set while one star hints they will return for FIFTH villa stint

Maya Jama has treated fans to their first teaser of Love Island All Stars, as she shared a new video from the set of season three.

The presenter, 31, appeared in a video on the official Love Island Instagram account to tease that viewers were ‘going to love’ the next series of the ITV2 dating show.

Looking as sensational as ever in a plunging gold dress with her hair and makeup flawlessly styled, Maya voiced her excitement to jet off to South Africa next month for the star-studded spin-off.

She said: ‘So we are here on set, first bit of All Stars experience I’m having this year. Had my glam done and the Islanders are all hidden in secret rooms. I’ve not seen any of them yet.

‘I can’t tease anything apart from the fact that you’re gonna love it, and there’ll be some familiar faces… obviously.

‘It’s all feeling like it’s about to start happening. It’s just like Christmas get out the way, I’m ready to go to South Africa!’

Taking to the comments of the video, Maya reiterated her eagerness to get going as she wrote: ‘‘TIS THE BLOODY SEASON!!!’

While Islander Casey O’Gorman also rushed to comment on the post, to tease his potential appearance in the villa for a record-breaking fifth stint.

He joked: ‘See you soon’ after first appearing on the 2023 winter series, returning in 2024 for All Stars, winning the 2025 season of All Stars with Gabby Allen and just recently starring in series two of the Love Island Games in September.

However, his quip to Maya that he’d be back again for his fifth shot at love was extra cheeky, given that the host once appeared to ban him from any future editions.

Last year, after Casey shared a TikTok reacting to the announcement of the third All Stars series in 2026, Maya commented bluntly: ‘Lol my guy, enough.’

But Love Island’s executive producer Mike Spencer-Hayter has always kept the door open.

Asked about Casey last summer, he admitted: ‘I love Casey! I mean, we have had a lot of people come forward and say that if All Stars three happens, people want to be on it.’

It comes after earlier this week the identity of one of the contestants for this season of All Stars was leaked by his footballer brother.

Scott van‑der‑Sluis, who has previously taken part in three versions of the show, Love Island UK, Love Island USA and Love Island Games, is said to be back for more. 

The news the 24-year-old was set for his fourth shot at love was reportedly revealed by his own brother Jamie Reed, the striker for Bangor City 1876, who is said to have spilled the beans to strangers at a bar in Leeds.

An insider told The Sun: ‘[Jamie] was a bit tipsy and, to make small talk with younger people, he started telling them about his younger brother, Scott.

‘He said, “You must know Scott, he was on Love Island”, and they did. But I think Scott coming back will make brilliant telly because he’s controversial and conventionally attractive.’

Scott previously confirmed he’d pulled out of the second season of All Stars earlier this year, while chatting to Whitney Adebayo on her podcast What’s It Giving.

He explained: ‘I just didn’t feel like it was the right time, you know when you know. Did I feel like it was the right time to walk in that Villa? Personally, no.’

While he admitted his ex Catherine Agbaje being in the villa also played a factor, saying: ‘Obviously me and Cat if we were put in that situation again, then you never know what could happen.

‘But I feel like if we were put in that situation again and it didn’t work and I went a different way, I feel like I just I would just get hated for it.’

And he again made reference to the older age of the lineup, making another savage dig as he said: ‘I‘m 24 and a lot of the girls in there they’re in their 30s, mid-30s, and when the cast was announced, there were conversations about me doing it.

‘I was like, “I’m 24. These are in the mid-thirties.” It’s giving Love Island Old Stars.’

And Scott isn’t the only Islander that has been revealed to be returning for the spin-off show, as 2023 winter season runner-up Lana Jenkins is also set join this year’s All Stars cast.

While Ronnie Vint will be making his third entrance into the villa, after first joining the cast in 2024 before returning this year, rekindling his relationship with ex-girlfriend Harriett Blackmore, before it once again fizzled out.

But it is predicted that Lana, 28, and Ronnie, 29, may become the breakout couple of this year’s All Stars series, after it was revealed the pair had already struck up a romantic connection.

The pair grew close at the launch of presenter Olivia Attwood’s new podcast, Olivia’s House, last month, where they partied into the early hours and were spotted passionately kissing.

And with them set to reunite in South Africa, insiders told Daily Mail that their brief fling is bound to lead to bigger things in the villa.

A source said: ‘Lana and Ronnie really hit it off after meeting at Olivia’s podcast launch. It was the first time they’d crossed paths and the chemistry between them was instant.

‘The night went from drinks at the event to an after-party, where they were spotted passionately kissing.

‘Both of them are being lined up for Love Island: All Stars in January, and their recent hook-up is almost certain to become a storyline, it could even be the start of a brand new romance.’ 

Meanwhile, Samie Elishi hinted that she could also be appearing on the latest series of All Stars, after complaining that her previous ended far too soon.

She told the Daily Mail that she would never turn down the chance return, confessing: ‘I love the show, it has given me everything that I have now, I will always be a top fan. 

‘I remember the first time I went on the show, I had purchased a Love Island water bottle from the website two years before. I love it, I applied to be on the show three times, I am obsessed with it. 

‘I would never say never to All Stars because it’s such an amazing opportunity, I am already lucky that I have done the show twice, I don’t think the second time really counted but that’s fine. 

‘I don’t think anyone would say no if they had the opportunity. Who doesn’t want some winter sun?

‘It doesn’t mean anything, it potentially being my third time, an opportunity is an opportunity. That’s like me saying I have worked with ASOS twice now and I don’t want to do it again. Why wouldn’t I? It’s a great opportunity.’
