Recently, a Below Deck Mediterranean When the alum announced her pregnancy, it shocked the sailing world. Fans of the former deckhand had no idea what she was expecting until a few days ago, when she teased us with her bump on Instagram.
And now that she has given birth, congratulations are in order!
Former Below Deck Med star Malia White is officially a mom
Although she kept her pregnancy a secret until recently, Malia White confirmed the birth of her child with an Instagram post this morning. The carousel reveals the charter and sales broker’s pregnancy journey from the tiniest twinkle in her eyes, to the expansion of her belly and finally the picture of a baby’s tiny feet. Oh, cute little fingers!
“How it started vs how it’s going,” she captioned the post. Although she didn’t share any photos of the baby, she did include photos of her elusive boyfriend Robert.
Not surprisingly, Malia didn’t include any other details of the baby’s birth. She managed to keep the birth of her child hidden from the media until almost the last minute. Way to have a baby on your terms, Malia!
Although it surprised her Below Deck family, the announcement was ecstatic. “Best news ever!! So excited for you,” Bugsy Drake commented, while Daisy Kelliher simply wrote, “Wow congratulations!”
Courtney Veale wrote, “Love you guys. Can’t wait to come over for a hug soon xxxx.” She also added a cheeky PS, “I will definitely be his favorite babysitter.”
Fellow deckie Alex Radcliffe was so stunned by the news that he could only respond, “Holy sh-ttttttt. Congratulations man.”
BDM co-star Natasha Webb left an affectionate comment: “Congratulations lovelies. I just heard last night from one of the crew I’m working with now. So so happy for you! Such amazing news.”
While Chief Stew, fellow Winter House alumnus and best friend Katie Flood added in her praise: “This little girl has no idea how lucky she is to have a momma like you, take care world. Love you guys and our newest Green Crew member.”
It seems as if Malia and Robert will have no trouble finding willing babysitters. Congratulations, Malia!
