He is charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor and one count of child abuse. The alleged abuse occurred in 2022, when Timothy worked as a director for the TV series The Cleaning Lady in New Mexico.

The Emmy winner’s attorney says there is no evidence of a crime. Timothy claims that the twins’ mother wants revenge because the boys were kicked out of the previous season of the show.
His attorney said Timothy voluntarily took an independent polygraph examination and passed the test. Melissa continues to support her husband.
Timothy was released on his own recognizance on January 20 pending trial.
