Cardi reveals what her son’s name is gray marsen digs in one Instagram Post November 4th. “Happy 1st Birthday to Gray Marcin Diggs!!” she wrote along with the pictures. Gray is NFL player Cardi’s first child stefon diggs. She also has three children, Kulture, Wave and Blossom, with her ex-partner Offset.
Cardi explained that having Gray helped her through difficult and uncertain times. He wrote, “It’s only been a year since I met you, but it feels like I’ve had you forever.” She said she took him through “one of the most uncertain, high-pressure times” in his life. She said that being with him gave her “extra strength”.
The rapper also explained why the name Gray means so much to him. “I was growing you inside me and at the same time you were giving me life!” she wrote. Cardi said her son has “given a whole new meaning to what gray day feels like.” He said her smile, laugh and “precious spirit” brightened his life and every room.

The birthday post also revealed her birth date, as Cardi has kept her name private since her arrival last year.
