according to daily Mail, Kristy’s mother Corinne Arnold revealed that her daughter planned to divorce Brian following the scandal surrounding his alleged online behavior.
“It’s difficult, but we knew it was going to happen, that they were going to get a divorce,” Arnold told the outlet. She recalled asking Christy if she and Brian would reconcile, to which her daughter replied, “No. No. We’re going to get a divorce.” Arnold said Christie told him he had hired an attorney in Sioux Falls.
Arnold also said she understood how difficult the decision was. “I feel bad, sad that they’re getting a divorce, but what else can you do?” Christie, he said, “just doesn’t make big decisions” and “it took her a long time to figure it out.”
