The model and All Stars alum took to her Instagram page for the sexy snap, showing her donning a red and green check bra with a fluffy trim and a matching mini skirt.
Hannah Elizabeth, 35, finished off her Christmassy look with red semi sheer stockings and gold jewellery.
The ITV2 star piled her blonde locks in an up-do and kept her make-up glowing, complete with black false eyelashes and lippie.
Her selfie was taken from behind, capturing her a peek of her rose body art inked on her left buttock.
She uploaded the image to Instagram with the words: “Cindy Lou Who.”

She recently showed off her incredible bikini body – and striking body art – in another racy snap following her BBL surgery.
The star, who made Love Island history as the first contestant to get engaged on the show, even livestreamed a BBL procedure in March.

Yet despite her surgery – and hair transformation – Hannah recently told The Sun she had spent the cash on looking like a Bratz doll but can’t find a man.
She estimated she’s spent over £100k on all her procedures in total – including ‘Bratz Doll’ facial surgery in 2022, which entailed a fox eye lift, a lateral blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and lip fillers to make her look like a real-life Bratz Doll.
That package of procedures alone cost her roughly £20k.
Other operations have included a nose job, a boob job and a BBL.
She said: “There’s a tumbleweed – no-one. All the fellas – I don’t know where they are.
“I do get men sliding into the DMs, but I feel like I need that connection and I’ve always been a bit like that.
