On the July 15 episode of “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the 55-year-old host called Meghan Markle’s show “disgusting.” He said, “It’s amazing to me. This is probably the really worst product to hit television in the last five years, and now she’s managed to get an Emmy.”
Kelly expressed her criticism of the show, saying, “I had forgotten how cheesy it was. Here are some memories of what this program looked like.” Then, she introduced a clip from With Love, Meghan, where the “Suits” star says, “I always love taking something very simple and elevating it.”
Kelly mocked Markle and said, “Elevate. We have to elevate everything. You can elevate your peanuts and your pretzels by taking them out of store-bought bags and transferring them to a cellophane bag. That’s an elevation.”
The journalist then dug into Markle’s cooking tips. She quipped, “This is one of the most glamorous moments of my life. Of course, my friends also talk to me like this when they come over. They always tell me how glamorous everything is when they are hanging out with me.”
