New poll shows Americans trust Donald Trump’s health report
According to a recent poll, most Americans think their 80-year-old president is not in perfect health.
Tim Malloy, Quinnipiac University The polling analyst summarized Donald Trump’s health, “Is the president well, physically and mentally? On both questions, half of voters have their own concerns, and a majority believe the White House is keeping them in the dark.”
Specifically, 59% of participants expressed doubt about White House statements regarding POTUS’s health, with only 34% saying the establishment has been transparent about his mental and physical condition.
Meanwhile, half of the voters commented that, given what they have seen, it seems that Donald Trump’s physical health is not at all what he often claims. Nevertheless, 46% admitted that they did not suspect Trump of having any physical illness.
Additionally, 51% of survey participants questioned the Republican leader’s mental health, with 46% agreeing that Trump is currently mentally healthy.
In particular, Americans began to raise concerns about Donald Trump’s health after alleged reports surfaced of the President falling asleep during official events. The most recent example occurred during his 80th birthday, when he hosted the UFC Freedom 250 event. In many photographs of the program, Trump was seen taking a nap while sitting among the audience.
Similarly, people have also argued that the businessman-turned-politician is applying makeup on his hands to hide the bruises. While photos from his recent meeting with the NATO secretary showed a purple mark on his left hand, his appearance at the G7 summit reportedly showed a crescent-shaped bruise.
Nevertheless, Donald Trump and the White House have regularly denied any speculation about his health.
