Harriet, 46, married Peter, 48, at All Saints Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire on June 6. Their private Cotswolds ceremony welcomed royals including King Charles, Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The rumors surfaced after she participated in the Badminton Horse Trials in May 2024. Their outing also included Royal Ascot, and they announced their engagement in August 2025. A statement identified Harriet as the daughter of the late Rupert Sanders of Gloucestershire and Mary Sanders. It added that both families and senior royals have welcomed the news of the engagement.
Harriet joined senior royals at Sandringham that December. The couple kept their wedding date and location private until April 2026.
