Right now, the Spring 2027 season of Paris Fashion Week is in full swing and people from the worlds of fashion, entertainment and beyond are staying in the French capital for the festivities.
The week began with Jonathan Anderson’s Christian Dior, which sent fluid tailoring, flowy dresses, ruffled accessories and mixed prints down the open-air runway. At Saint Laurent, Anthony Vaccarello celebrated 10 years at the helm of the famed French fashion house with a gold-embellished collection. Antonin Tron kept things light and neutral for his second womenswear outing for Balmain, while Stella McCartney’s latest was dedicated to the theme of the underwater world – with dolphin prints and wave details.
Haider Ackermann continues to prove that he’s the perfect person for the job as creative director of Tom Ford. Familiar silhouettes were given new volume and structure, bringing the language of Pierpaolo Piccioli’s atelier into everyday life. Chemena Kamali presented 1960s floral embroidery, 1970s fisherman coats and romantic skirts with capes and flounces. Fringe, embroidery, unexpected volume and touches of metal were showcased well in Givenchy by Sarah Burton.
